The training course is for experienced trainers who want to reflect about their past experiences and, in doing so, receive feedback from their colleagues and share good practice. Participants will also be given the opportunity to develop new competences and to consider future directions and professional development project. The main aim of the course is to allow participants to develop their own abilities and skills within a supportive environment with their peers, and to learn to deal effectively with issues such as stress.
The course will allow for participants to share ideas and good practice with others in their field, and will provide them with the opportunity to develop new competences and skill sets. This will give participants the chance to develop greater knowledge and expertise in regards to future projects.
The Interkulturlles Zentrum is the Austrian National Agency for the Youth in Action Programme; UNIQUE is a European network of training, consulting and research organisations.

The cost of the course is 120 Euros, which should be paid by bank transfer within one month following selection. You should check with your National Agency to see if they are willing to fund this; otherwise the costs must be covered by participants.
