The training will target leaders of post-exchange seminars in order to improve the evaluation and re-integration process YFU exchange students go through. The aim of the training is to give participants an understanding of intercultural learning methods and give a space to explore the stages an exchange student goes through. Furthermore, it will provide a space for sharing best practices between participants.
A space to share best practices of post-exchange seminars and a chance to improve the facilitation of the seminars taking place in each country.

Aged 18+
Able to work in English
Active YFU volunteers or staff
involved in organising post-exchange seminars in their national YFU organisation
Committed to participate in the full duration of the training
Committed to help prepare volunteers in their own national YFU organisation to organise and improve future post-exchange seminars
