IRS 2005 - "promoting Tolerance by means of Intercultural Dialogue"

With the topic "Promoting Tolerance by means of intercultural dialogue" the IRS 2005 was the kick-off to a long-term project. It took place in Aarburg, Switzerland from September 24-29, 2005. The main objectives of the seminar were to reflect on the concept of tolerance as well as to develop strategies and skills in order to promote tolerance. The participants were enabled to act as multipliers in the field of tolerance promotion within their home organisation. Due to the intercultural setting of the seminar there were also lots of chances for intercultural learning.
