IRS 2003 part 2 - Study Session - "Islam in Europe - A Dialogue between Cultures"

The Study session on the topic "Islam in Europe - A dialogue between cultures" united 29 young people from all over Europe, who got together to discuss and develop the topic. 20 of the participants had YFU background and 9 came from other organisations, including our partner organisation FEMYSO. A large part of the programme was devoted to discussion where the expertise from the participants was well used. Other parts of the programme included a visit to the Mosque in Strasbourg and a round table discussion with community leaders. The results of the Study session were very good, and we would like to thank the International Organizing Team for all their work. Many follow-up projects were planned during the Study session, and we are looking forward to seeing the results of those.
