IRS 2002 - "Gender Equality: Young Europeans' view on this Concept"

The topic at the IRS 2002 was "Gender Equality: Young Europeans' view on this concept", and the seminar took place in Tommerup, Denmark from 3 to 8 December.
Gender equality was discussed from many different perspectives (social, political, economic, entertainment), and strategies on how young people can influence the development and evolution in this area were developed. We looked especially on strategies to be used in the participants' youth organizations and work environment. Attention was also given to the influence that cross-cultural education can have on the views of young people on this topic.
