European Training of Trainers

EEE-YFU used to have a series of training workshops called European Training of Trainers (ETOT). It addressed present and future volunteer or staff trainers from different YFU organisations. These trainers learned various training skills and at the same time become familiar with a number of specific YFU goals and topics in order to be able to train volunteers "back home" in their respective YFU organisations.

Today the ETOT is no longer in use, but EEE-YFU still organise trainings for trainers. Often these trainings are connected to a certain topic which is important for member organisations. Examples from 2011 include the Volunteer Recruitment Training and the Training Course for Leaders of On-Arrival Orientation.
