European Training of Trainers (ETOT)

The European Training of Trainers is a series of training workshops. It addresses present and future volunteer or staff trainers from different YFU organisations. These trainers learn various training skills and at the same time become familiar with a number of specific YFU goals and topics in order to be able to train volunteers "back home" in their respective YFU organisations.
