|  | The training course aims to develop youth exchanges within the context of the Youth in Action programme and to stimulate the full participation of young people in the entire exchange process. |  | The training will focus on working in an adult-youth pairing, and there are therefore two types of participants: - Adult leader - must be over 18 years old and be willing to engage in the development of a future youth exchange;
- Young people - must be aged 15-18 years old and be engaged in the development of the future youth exchange.
