 | | Advanced Training on Quality for Youth Exchanges | | This training course aims toallow participants to develop the knowledge and competences required to increase the quality of youth exchanges. An international group of youth workers will reflect on past experience, focus on quality aspects and improve management competences in order to raise quality in future youth exchanges.
| | Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the different aspects that are important for ensuring a high quality of youth exchanges and will be working in a non-formal education environment. In particular, the course will provide the opportunity for participants to improve their project management competences (knowledge, skills and attitudes) in order to better organise the different phases of a youth exchange. YFU organisations will therefore benefit from an increased knowledge of the different ways that they can work to continue to increase the quality of their exchange programmes.
